Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other areas outside the lower 48 states. If your delivery address is outside the lower 48 states, it’s best to order by phone so we can give you all the available shipping options and costs. Certain products  have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to specific states.

Free Standard shipping

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on our full line of teak furniture and planters. Standard shipping is handled by Federal Express. Federal Express cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. To ensure delivery, please provide a complete street address. Let us know if you prefer delivery to your workplace. Over sized items are delivered curb-side by tractor trailer.

Delivery times east of the Mississippi range from 6 to 10 business days for in stock items. Deliveries to addresses west of the Mississippi can take up to 12 business days for in stock items.

Reforest Teak products are sent directly from our factory in Costa Rica to our warehouses in Pennsylvania and Vermont. Even if we’re temporarily out of stock due to high demand, our inventory is much closer to you than our Asian competitors.

Additional shipping on lumber and flooring

Lumber and flooring orders are generally large and heavy, so an additional shipping adder applied. These charges are noted in the individual item descriptions, and will be displayed at the shopping basket as “Additional Shipping”.

White Glove service

White glove service is available for all of our Reforest Teak products within the continental US. Items will be fully assembled and trucked directly to your home. Your new furniture will be carefully placed anywhere you like, inside or out and all packaging materials removed. White glove service is available for additional delivery fees. Deliveries to Cape Cod, Martha’s vineyard and other offshore locations are by White Glove only.
